• What is the introLinks Network?
  The introLinks Network is an exclusively LOCAL resource directory. We focus on small-to-medium sized, locally owned and operated business. Large regional, national and internationally companies are only listed in the towns in which they are based only.
  
• How long has the introLinks Network been online?
  Resource directories that make up the introLinks Network started appearing online in 1999. The flagship directory was RTPLinks.com which covered the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina.
• What geographical areas are covered by the introLinks Network?
  Currently, we are setup to serve both the United States of America and United Kingdom. We have future plans of also covering Canada and Mexico.
• Wasn't this website previously called something else?
  Yes, in January of 2009 the introLinks Network was built by combining our seven initial directories into one. The original sites were: rtplinks.com, cspringsonline.com, charlottenclinks.com, cincinnatiwebguide.com, southnc.com, ncedge.com and hertsbedsandbucks.com.

• What happened to the Local Events & Classifieds Section?
  These sections will be back and better than ever!
• How does the search engine work?
  The search engine has TWO input areas, enter your search terms in the first box and the city and state in the second box. Example: "Pet Sitting" in "Cincinnati, OH". City and state information included in the first area is ignored and the current location will be used.

• Why should I get listed on introLinks Network?
  If you have a business or organization located in the continental US or UK, listing your local information is quick and easy. Being listed in our directory makes your information available to our local internet users.
• Im already listed, how do I manage my listing?
  If you do not already have a login account to manage your listing, you will need to create a login account and claim your listing.
• Why aren't there more F.A.Qs?
  Our F.A.Q. has been divided into 2 separate files. This is the User FAQ. There is more information available in regards to our advertising products one logged into our listing manager area.
• Does introLinks Network have a web crawler?
  Our automated link checker, iLNbot, may visit your site for various administrative reasons but it would very rarely "crawl" or "spider" your site. more info
